THE STORYBOOK
SILCO'S STORYBOOK
Silco: One of the books I received has been seen by all who were employed at the Hex Club at the time it was given to me, as all of them were mentioned as guardians of the house.
The other book I received, also by Carrion, is somewhat longer. It corroborates the existence of a heart to the house, and that destroying it would allow us to leave. However, it also strongly suggests that only misfortune awaits us, outside, and that we will be best off here, within the manor.
PAGE 1 | THE SHIELD OF THE BLUE FLAME (SILCO)
This page features an illustration of Silco, a blue flame cupped reverently in one hand. The Silco that exists on the page appears blind to the loom of teeth in the shadows, a faint sketch that haunts the background.
PAGE 2 | THE BLUE FLAME (JINX)
A girl who seems made of electricity, hair sparking into blue flames. The tattoos across her body dance, as if to the beating of a wild pulse.
PAGE 3 | THE TWIN STARS (BUFFY, FAITH)
i uh don't have the pictures saved because i delete all my pictures.
---
i read that fairytale that was written about me and didn't go to the net with the info, because i can guarantee if i publicly announced the library wrote a fanfic about me and faith, every response would be some rude thumbs up emoji or 'sure, jan' gif.
PAGE 4 | THE MAN OF TWO WORLDS (HAWK)
PAGE 5 | THE LITTLE QUEEN OF CUT GLASS (ANI)
PAGE 6 | THE KIND SOLDIER WHO FLED THE SEA (KOBY)
PAGE 7 | THE SMILING STORM (ADRIAN)
PAGE 8 | THE PILOT WHO FLEW WITHOUT SKY (JAKE)
PAGE 9 | THE SCARLET MOTHER (WANDA)
A woman robed in red, tiny threads of crimson in her outstretched hands. Tears leak from her eyes.
PAGE 10 | THE HUNTER WHO KEPT THE NIGHT AWAKE (DEAN)
A tired boy wielding a Colt revolver; monsters of all shapes, not solely wolves, blink over his shoulder.
PAGE 11 | THE PRAYER THAT KICKED BACK (SANJI)
PAGE 12 | THE SORCERER WHO STOOD WATCH TOO LONG & THE WOMAN OF HALF-LIGHT (STRANGE, SHADOWHEART)
PAGE 13 | THE THREE WHO SERVE THE STAR MAKER (NEON, DEVON, SABER)
Three small figures form beneath the cosmic lights of a blurry shape, indistinguishable to make out. One bears his teeth, sharper than those of his comrades.
